SUMMARY: The Field Service Scheduling Team Leader will be responsible for aligning service team capacities with overall business needs. Leading a team that supports operations and managing field service technician scheduling to ensure customer commitments are met efficiently and effectively. Operating in a dynamic environment, the field service scheduling leader must balance the demands of multiple business areas while preventing inefficiencies and support gaps for our customers.

Scheduling Optimization
- Develop and implement standard work procedures to align operational and service team capacities
- Create visual indicators for team capacity and utilization
- Create visual indicators for team development and cross training
- Manage and optimize technician scheduling across internal and external projects
- Balance workload distribution to prevent technician burnout
- Collaborate with operational teams to establish comprehensive capacity criteria
- Develop strategies for managing schedule disruptions and customer date changes
- Implement proactive scheduling techniques to minimize service delays
- Directly manage service schedulers.
- Directly manage service technician trainer.
- Provide professional development and growth opportunities
- Foster a supportive work culture that values technician contributions
- Establish key performance indicators for scheduling efficiency
- Monitor and analyze scheduling metrics
- Implement continuous improvement processes
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in a Technical Field or related work experience.
- 5 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in equipment installation and project management
- Strong technical knowledge of our product lines and installation processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
