What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handy Man position at BW Design Group?
Busy Wilmington based interior design firm is looking to hire an experienced contractor / handyman that can handle project tasks ranging from:
punch lists from larger projects including:
painting, trim work, light electrical, light plumbing, hardware installation, touch ups, etc.
Potential of growth into renovating small spaces including:
bathroom remodels
Kitchen remodels
hardwood flooring installations
trim
painting
Job task may also include office work supporting renovation projects including:
order placing
material pricing
budgeting projects
****Our firm currently sub contracts all renovation work, and we are looking to start a division where we do these projects in house, and this position has the ability to grow rapidly into a larger scale position. ****
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
