At Bluewave Express Car Wash, our Guest Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in managing communication from our guests at all locations. We strive to provide a positive experience for all who choose Bluewave Express as their carwash of choice. This position requires a combination of customer communication skills, technical skills, customer service proficiency, and unlimited plan knowledge to effectively handle phone calls and inquiries in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and address any concerns or inquiries presented
- Reply to emails from guests, stores, businesses, and potential customers
- Update customer information as needed
- Log incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide guidance and/or solutions for issues with members and other BWE guests
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills for accurate transaction processing and record-keeping.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor while assisting callers
- Computer skills and an understanding of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
