What You’ll Do:
As our Safety Coordinator, you will:
- Lead by Example: Drive the continuous improvement of our safety programs and standards while championing a culture of safety and excellence.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct safety audits, meetings, and inspections to maintain adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Innovate & Educate: Develop and implement training programs that promote preventative care, safety awareness, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with management, field teams, and customers to address safety concerns, conduct incident investigations, and ensure a safe work environment.
- Operational Support: Actively participate in team meetings, audits, and client-required evaluations, supporting production and field operations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree in safety, health, engineering, or related discipline (preferred but not required).
- 5 years of experience in safety management, including leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of oilfield safety procedures, risk assessment, and EPC industry standards.
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, OSHA 30-hour construction safety, or similar credentials (highly desirable).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with third-party safety systems like ISNetworld.
- A proactive approach to creating a safe and engaging work environment.
