SUMMARY

Inspection of trailers and parts after the Manual and Auto Line paint process, verifying a high-quality paint standard.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively observe and promote BWise safety standards
• Visually inspect quality of powder coat finish on trailers.
• Look for insufficient coverage, foreign material and defects in topcoat.
• Verify coating up to Quality and Coating Standards by conducting adhesion and cure tests.
• Touch up any required areas by using an aerosol can of matching paint.

• Communicate inspected findings to Painters in a timely manner.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Other duties, as assigned by Department Supervisor
