Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process, with a focus on final inspection
- Verify piece counts, material types, colors, dimensions, and job-specific cuts
- Report any quality concerns and collaborate with the Operations Manager to find solutions
- Ensure proper handling, loading, and packaging of finished jobs
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes to move material
- Prepare packing slips, update job status in the ERP system, and ensure all items are ready for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection or a similar manufacturing role preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
- Ability to read and understand job packets, fabrication drawings, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset
- Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training available)
Work Schedule:
- Second shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Occasional mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed
