Print Shop Service Associate

Part-Time to Full-Time | $16-$20/hour DOE

Located in the heart of downtown Northfield, we provide top-quality printing services with a personalized, small-town touch. Our mission is to help clients accomplish their goals by translating their ideas into effective graphics and printing.

As our Print Shop Service Associate, you'll be the friendly face and voice welcoming customers to our shop. You'll manage the front counter, handle customer inquiries, process orders, and support our production team. This position combines customer service excellence with practical print shop skills in a dynamic small business environment.

• Provide exceptional front counter customer service
• Answer phones and assist customers professionally
• Create accurate job tickets and communicate with customers
• Perform simple copy jobs and provide basic pricing
• Process payments and handle basic accounting tasks
• Support the production team with bindery and other tasks
• Manage office supply inventory

• Excellent people skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong communication abilities (written and verbal)
• Comfort with computers; Apple experience a plus
• Ability to learn our systems (Google Docs, QuickBooks, POS)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Quick learner willing to master digital copiers and bindery equipment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment

• Competitive pay: $16-$20/hour depending on experience
• Flexible schedule: Starting at 20-30 hours/week with potential to grow to 30-40 hours
• Paid time off: Up to 2 weeks/year after completing 26 weeks of 30 hour work weeks
