- Operate and maintain Xerox PrimeLink B9100 printers to ensure high-quality print production.
- Manage web-based digital job submissions and monitor print queues for accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of supplies (paper, toner, finishing materials) and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
- Experience operating high-volume digital printing equipment. Hands-on experience with Xerox B9100 or similar production-level copiers, including knowledge of print job setup, finishing options (binding, folding, cutting), and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of web-based print shop submission systems. Familiarity with IONS or similar digital job ticketing and print management software to handle job submissions, manage workflows, and generate reports.
- Print production and finishing experience. Understanding of print quality control, color adjustments, paper types, and finishing processes to ensure high-quality output.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to maintain and repair high-volume digital printers, specifically Xerox PrimeLink B9100.
- Excellent organizational skills. Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to detail. Ensuring accuracy and quality control for all print jobs.
- Ability to work independently. following instructions and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effectively interacting with teachers and other district staff to exchange information and receive work direction.
