We are a small business, so every day is different. We always start and end our days at the warehouse. Our jobs are all over San Antonio and surrounding areas, so you will be in a different part of town each day. You may be at a home on a ranch one day and in the penthouse at a residential tower downtown the next. We have a great team of intelligent, motivated people from various backgrounds. Who we are looking for:
BY Design’s dream candidate is a ROCKSTAR logistics team member. This role is excellent for someone who loves working in a fast-paced and changing environment, keeping accurate inventory systems, having experience with installing furnishings, seeking a career instead of just another job, and driving a truck, An exciting job for anyone who enjoys a challenge and working on a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs. consistently
- Truck driving experience
- MUST HAVE A CLEAN driving record and 2 years of truck driving experience
- Repairs of furniture including but not limited to gluing, sanding, staining, and painting
- Pack and unpack art and accessories
- Restock inventory- Maintain accuracy in the inventory system and order-selecting
- Drive a 26” box truck safely
- Standing, moving, bending, and carrying for extended periods
- Maintain the order, appearance, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse, studio, offices, and trucks
- Positive attitude and team player
- Accountability for actions and attitude
- Self-starter
- A meticulous eye for detail, organization, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Creative problem solver - Propose solutions when problems arise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Requirements:
