Responsibilities
- Perform client-level information technology support functions on approved devices purchased and/or used by the contractor, and VSFB customers, and SLD 30 workforce.
- Manage hardware and software Controlled Cryptographic Information (CCI) on approved devices purchased and/or used by the contractor VSFB customers, and SLD 30 workforce..
- Configure, manage and troubleshoot End User Devices and client software purchased and used by the contractor VSFB customers, and SLD 30 workforce.
- Provide initial setup, troubleshooting, and customer training for government owned PWCS and privately owned, “Bring Your Own Approved Device (BYOAD)” cellular devices (i.e., app install/setup).
- Manage, resolve issues, and interface with government cellular telephone service contractor for account management and user funded acquisition of new/replacement cellular devices.
- Manage assigned devices IAW AFI 17-210, RADIO MANAGEMENT.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- Must have 4-5 years experience
- Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
- Proficient with current Mobile Telephone, PDA’s, and Tablet Device Technologies
- Proficient with management of Controlled Cryptographic Information on Mobile Devices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)
- CompTIA Security
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
- Active DoD Secret Clearance

Salary Minimum: $ 52,125Salary Mid: $69,500Salary Maximum: $83,400
