About the Role
By Light Professional IT Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and talented IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions, and performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in equipment, integrated systems, and software.
- Perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components.
- Provides on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting.
- Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced training, and 3 - 4 years of experience.
- Must have a current DISA IAT level II baseline certification (CompTIA Security CE or equivalent).
