Responsibilities :
Possess knowledge of writing program SOPs cataloging historical knowledge and maintaining continuity when onboarding new DISA J6 customers. Documentation shall include, but not be exclusive to the development of briefings, talking points, and outreach materials.Communicate information about VoIP Engineering and its VoIP Network systems through graphic design support using Visio or other MS Products.Support communications with DISA J-6 Voice leadership with briefings and reports to communicate outcomes and findings on work performed under this contract and how that work furthers key program milestones and connections to DISA J-6 Pentagon Voice Network. Able to produce and present After Action Reports (AAR)Facilitate internal communications with all DISA J-6 Pentagon Voice internal and external stakeholders.Possess knowledge of drafting DISA J-6 Voice Leadership announcements to include whitepapers and PowerPoint presentations about key program releases, enhancements, and technical updates that will be distributed to all DISA J-6 Voice personnelAssist with translating the technical updates and requirements so that the end-users see the benefits and understand how these technical tools directly impact their workflows.Possess knowledge of strategic communications, training, operational research, and investigative consulting.Possess knowledge of organizational studies and evaluations, design systems, and procedures.Conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist DISA J-6 Pentagon Voice in operating more efficiently and effectively.Develop cohesive plans for communicating initiatives and events that are aligned to business outcomes.Assesses and maximizes impact on target audience.Creates content that is clear, engaging, and concise.Captures key metrics and measures the effectiveness of communication solutions.Identifies areas for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of communications and its ability to execute on business objectives.Required Experience / Qualifications :
Bachelors degree from an accredited college / university in Marketing, Communications, Operations Research, or work experience in a related discipline.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePointDoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II / 8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contractIAT II 8570 / 8140 Baseline Certification Security or equivalentA minimum 5 years of proven experience in leading strategic communication efforts, leadership briefings, enterprise communications, and engaging in change management (ECRB / CAB).Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.Ability to prepare reports and presentations to company management and customer(s).Demonstrated leadership ability, strategic and innovative thinker, and passion for the mission.Ability to identify and solve problems.Excellent organization and time management skillsSpecial Requirements / Security Clearance :
Must possess a Secret clearance
