We are looking for a proactive, highly organized individual to join our team at our office in North Miami.
As the office manager, you’ll work as an integral part of our team, focusing on overseeing e-commerce orders & customer service. Overall office organization and inventory management as well as overseeing all shipments received and shipped.
We are looking for someone who ultimately wants growth and longevity with the brand!
Responsibilities
- Upkeep office organization
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Assist with maintaining production inventory
- Data Entry, answer calls, reply to emails
- Maintain e-commerce inventory up to date
- Full fill and ship e-commerce orders
- Support the team with daily tasks
- Participate in creative and marketing meetings
