We are seeking a Contracts Manager who will be responsible for negotiating, creating, executing, administrating, and managing Healthcare payor contracts and non-payor contracts. The Contracts Manager will also collaborate with staff and teams from all departments (i.e. HR, Finance, Provider Relations, Business Operations) to ensure positive working relationships with all agency providers/vendors and those who contract with BTBH for services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain an up-to-date contracted provider database complete with annual review calendar
- Negotiate and execute healthcare payor contracts ensuring favorable terms and reimbursement rates
- Align all payor and non-payor contracts with organizational strategic initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, best practices to apply to contract negotiation strategies
- Implement and manage new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
- Organize and update boilerplates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance or related field. or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
$110K - $220K annually
