We are seeking an Events Coordinator who be responsible for coordination of agency events by providing planning, management, budget, and administrative support to a variety of Fundraising and organization events in compliance with agency policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulations. This is a full-time hybrid position. Must be available some weekends!
By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Provide event project coordination as directed by the Director of Development in the planning and management of specific events in Marin, San Francisco, and Sonoma counties
- Monitor and track event budget, bringing issues to the Director of Development.
- Create event timelines and ensure adherence to schedules and timelines
- Secure and review contracts, licenses, insurance policies and permits relating to events
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
- Minimum of five year’s experience in major events coordination
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car
Pay Range:
$30.00 - $37.00
