The Recruiter is responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring quality applicants for clinical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the organization. In this role, the Recruiter will do full lifecycle recruiting while working with hiring managers on staffing best practices to insure BTBH hires top talent in an organized and efficient manner. This is a hybrid position!
By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Partner with hiring manager to determine position needs
- Develop resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as internet job boards, community network events, etc.
- Write and place employment advertisements to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Screen and analyze resumes to determine the suitability of the applicant for employment
- Conduct initial telephone interview and make recommendations for hire (or not hire)
- In cases where an applicant is judged unqualified, tactfully turn the applicant away
- Schedule telephone and panel interviews between candidate and hiring manager(s)
Education/Experience:
- AA Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three years recruiting experience preferably in a healthcare setting
Pay Range:
$32.00 - $42.00 hourly
