What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at BY THE SEA Condominiums?
We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to cover all areas of our facilities. This position will be a combination of two job positions, housekeeping, and front desk clerk. Most of the job will be spent in housekeeping but filling in when needed for front desk clerk.
Responsibilities for housekeeping
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Pressure washing.
- Cleaning parking lot and grounds.
- Cleaning restrooms.
- Taking out the trash.
- Sanitizing.
- Sweeping.
- Vacuuming.
- Mopping.
- Dusting.
- Check stocking levels of all supplies.
Responsibilities for Front Desk Clerk
- Working with reservations.
- Answering phones.
- Helping owners and guests.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor security cameras to maintain a secure environment for our residents.
- Keep the main lobby looking nice.
Requirements
- MUST be 18 years old.
- MUST have work authorization.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
- Helpful with customer service orientation.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of English language.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
