Byrider is a national automotive Sales and Finance compay but this is NOT your typical automotive sales job for several reasons:
1. The hours are WAY better than other retail posisions: We close at 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and 7PM on Thursday and Friday. Saturday is only 10-4 and we are closed on Sunday. We are also closed on Memorial day, Labor day, and the 4th of July when all the other dealerships and retail stores are open. That is a balance where we have chosen employee over profit.
2. We have TONS of leads to call so there is no standing around waiting for customers. We are one of the highest lead volume Byrider locations in the country (there are 108 stores). We average 150 fresh leads from our website each WEEK.
3. We dont over-fill our sales floor with salespeople and as a result EVERYBODY on our sales team can make a very healthy living.
4. You don't need "car sales" experience to thrive. We will train you. In fact, our most successful salespeople had ZERO car dealership experience. Several of these people, after some ramp up time and experience, have made well over $100k per year.
5. We have fun. If the team atmosphere is what you are looking for then we have it. We have a small close-knit group of people working together towards a common goal, which makes this a great combination of a healthy income and a great atmosphere.

What You Will Do As A Byrider Sales Representative?
- No cold calling! Set appointments with interested customers
- Council clients face to face and guide them through the credit application process
- Deliver value adding information about our vehicle financing program.
- Help customers fit their vehicle needs to their budget and approval parameters
- Maximize leads received from our marketing/advertising, customer referrals and some self-generated lead sources
- Utilize ongoing on-line, classroom, corporate and mentorship training to learn the company’s vertically-integrated business model that includes consumer finance
Byrider Sales Representative Background:
- Success in a paid for performance, bonus or commission position (Examples: Sales, Telemarketing, Telesales, Timeshare Sales, Insurance, Mortgage, Real Estate, Recruiting, Inside Sales, Restaurant/Bartending, Retail Commission Sales, Furniture Sales, Electronic Sales, Field Sales, Outside Sales, Outbound Telephone Sales, Vacuum Sales, Lawn Care Sales, Cable Sales, Cell Phone Sales, Rent-to-own Sales, Inside Sales or a related sales area)
- Experience working some evening and Saturday hours

Work Hours For Byrider Sales Representative:
- 5 day work week schedule
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays and some evenings with Sunday and 1 weekday off.
