Production Assembly – Ft. Wayne
Byrna is a growing technology company focused on the manufacture of non-lethal, state-of-the-art self-defense devices. We currently have Product Assembly Positions for experienced assemblers at our new facility in Ft. Wayne.
Hours are M-F 4:00PM – 12:30AM, with two paid 15min break, and a 30min lunch break.
Starting Pay: $21.00/hour $3.00/hour shift premium
Skills / Experience
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and interpret technical diagrams
- Ability to discern quality of componentry used in assembly
- Ability to utilize assembly tools and to maintain proper use, care and storage practices
- Adherence to company policies, procedures and directives
- Ability to test finished products and assemblies in accordance with current quality standards
- Ability to communicate & work with other departments within the organization
- Ability to keep a well-maintained workspace
- Previous experience with component assembly or air gun manufacturing preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
