Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Build Relationships: Make meaningful connections with potential clients via phone, email, and text.
- Set Appointments: Schedule 2 high-quality appointments daily for our top-performing agents and loan officers.
- Client Management: Update and maintain accurate, detailed client profiles in our CRM to ensure every client’s needs are met.
- Add Value: Be the expert who listens, understands, and offers solutions that align with our clients’ goals, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with agents, loan officers, and the operations team to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and strategy meetings to stay sharp and on top of industry best practices.
