is HIRING NOW for a Parts Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Parts Department, including inventory management, vendor relations, customer service, and team leadership, to ensure efficiency and profitability. Byron Outdoor Superstore is located in Middle Georgia, and minutes away from Macon, Perry, Warner Robins, Centerville, and Warner Robins Airforce Base. Furthermore, we are only one hour south of Atlanta. Byron Powersports, Tractor, Marine, and RV is the one-stop dealership for new and used ATV, UTV, motorcycle / scooter, PWC, tractor, and side x side vehicles. We sell and service Yamaha, Triumph, Can-Am®, and Suzuki.

Responsibilities—Parts Manager :
Manage Daily Operations : Oversee the Parts Department’s daily activities, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.Inventory Control : Maintain a balanced inventory by conducting weekly counts, managing reorders, and ensuring optimal stock levels for diverse vehicle types.Vendor Relations : Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate best pricing and availability.Customer Service : Provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.Staff Management : Train and manage parts department personnel, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging high performance.Financial Management : Develop and manage the annual operating budget, monitor expenses, and ensure the department meets financial goals.Sales & Marketing : Achieve monthly sales targets, promote parts and services, and identify opportunities for growth within the department.Safety & Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Systems Management : Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system, update pricing, and implement policy changes as necessary.Shipping & Receiving : Oversee the receipt and shipment of parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Reporting : Analyze department performance, generate reports, and implement improvement strategies.Qualifications / Requirements — Parts Manager :
Proven experience in a dealership parts department, preferably in powersports, automotive, or similar industries.Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.Proficient in inventory management software and basic business management principles.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority review!Applicants must pass pre-employment screening.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer .
