Cloud Solutions ArchitectThe Sponsor provides highly-technical centralized Information Technology systems data that enables and transforms Cyber, IT, and Insight Operations through a comprehensive, Al-driven ecosystem, ensuring partners stay ahead of emerging threats and optimize resources for data-driven success. The sponsor's solutions include advanced threat detection, real-time monitoring, automation, predictive analytics, and compliance strategies, empowering partners to outpace competitors, improve performance, and adapt in an evolving digital landscape. The Sponsor requires specialized support in systems development modernization of the Information Technology systems data ecosystem. The scope of the work includes Program/project Management, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Architect/Engineering, and Cloud Engineering. The Contractor Team will work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions, including innovation efforts for modernization and evolution of core infrastructure, platform, and data lake house. The Cloud Engineer will collaborate with in-house development teams to; construct and implement feature enhancements to sponsor Analytic platform with a UI/UX mindset; integrate external systems with sponsor platform; and develop, implement, and maintain a data lake house against sponsor requirements. They will also provide recommendations for cybersecurity and IT operations enhancements, and identify solutions and tools for an efficient, streamlined, scalable approach while maintaining high-quality service.

• (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity, IT systems, and A&A processes, 2.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation. 3.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with design, implementation, and management of secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions. 4.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with implementation and management of infrastructure-as-code solutions and collaboration with development teams. 5.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation of infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and system monitoring. 6.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with proficiency in complex multi-network and security enclave environments. 7.(Desired) Demonstrated experience in technical architecture expertise, including systems integration and technical leadership. 8.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's accreditation and security, including security controls, system hardening, and compliance requirements. 9.(Desired) Demonstrated experience deploying and managing solutions utilizing retrieval augmented generation techniques. 10.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with big data processing and analysis tools such as Splunk, SOAR, NiFi, or Cribl. 11.(Desired) Demonstrated experience in AWS environment networking, security, logging, administration, and provisioning. 12.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with data transfer tools such as NiFi or Cribl. 13.(Desired) Demonstrated experience creating ad-hoc scripts in Python and JSON. 14.(Desired) Demonstrated experience troubleshooting network connections or scanning. 15.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with JIRA or another ticketing system for task tracking. 16.(Desired) Demonstrated experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies for software development. 17.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with technical proficiency in Linux system administration and DevOps tools. 18.(Desired) Demonstrated experience in software engineering, cloud computing, data management, and system integration 19.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with understanding cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP) and best practices for cloud-based services and security. 20.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Sponsors technology, mission, and business systems, as well as architectural vision. 21.(Desired) Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
