We are building the next generation audio / video processing and compression platform, along with the fastest delivery networks and the richest cloud services.

Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle the challenges of advanced audio / video algorithm design and global large-scale network deliveries while leveraging your expertise in coding, algorithms, data analysis, and large-scale system design.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will :
- Participate in the design, development, implementation, optimization and maintenance of the ByteDance RTC system
- Act as an owner to provide technical leadership, drive projects, and plan long-term technology roadmap.
- Follow the best practice to automate the operations and increase the entire efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering & product teams on delivering key results formulate the service standards, and continuously optimize the ByteDance RTC service quality
- Support and manage a high SLA and large-scale online distribute environment
- Provide 24 / 7 on-call rotation, incident response and collaborative debugging.
