Associate Channel Marketing role:
In this critical and strategic role as the Associate Channel Manager, you are the glue between our customers, our manufacturer partners, and the organization. Your job is to partner, identify and align with our customers’ (new and old) needs and our strategic partners to deliver best in class support and marketing tools to help support our growth.
You will be responsible for activating marketing strategy and executing sales growth strategy. This associate channel marketer will grow Byteworks’ relationship with channel partners as well as grow Byteworks’ market share. This person will achieve these goals by managing Byteworks’ participation in market events, facilitating outbound reach activity, and developing/executing a full year marketing plan. The associate channel marketer will assist the channel manager with reporting out key metrics for marketing & sales activities. This person will act as the liason between our channel partners and Byteworks’ account managers by sharing relevant partner trends/products to the sales team following channel partner events/activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage on-going outbound automated campaigns for account managers
· Create new outbound campaigns for relevant Byteworks verticals
· Report out on metrics monthly for email/social campaign success
· Own webinar/podcast planning, testing, and execution
· Develop full year marketing plan with channel manager
· Drive social media growth for Byteworks through partners, customers, co-workers
· Monthly report outs on marketing and funnel growth KPIs
· Drive top of funnel growth with phone call outbound reach
· Own expertise for business development/channel mkt tools (i.e. HubSpot sequences, LinkedIn, Sales Nav)
· Own incubate process for Byteworks prospects

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business (specifically Marketing) or accumulated related field experience
Work Environment:
The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with occasional work in a home center type environment. Activities include extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer monitor. The role will also include field time at customer/partner events
Travel:
Approximately 10-15% travel mostly daily with some potential for overnight travel may be expected. A valid driver’s license is required.
