As we continue our growth, we are seeking a dynamic mid-level Account Executive based in San Francisco to join our team and contribute to our expansion & client success efforts.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate / Director to support our revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing new business opportunities while ensuring the success and satisfaction of existing clients. This hybrid role blends sales, account management, and client success to drive revenue, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and achieve quarterly revenue goals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Client Success & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through the implementation and adoption of our platform.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive outreach to assess client needs and drive engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, and Marketing) to address customer feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience : 2-7 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, client success, or a related field (level of experience determines Associate vs. Director title).
  • Proven Sales Ability : Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Client-Centric Mindset : Passion for helping clients succeed and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Aptitude : Ability to learn and articulate complex SaaS solutions in a way that resonates with potential clients.
  • CRM & Sales Tools : Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
