We are dedicated to achieving excellence in everything we do. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior accountant support our Finance Team. This role requires a keen understanding of finance principles and the ability to effectively communicate financial inquiries to ensure clarity and accuracy in financial processes.
As the Junior accountant, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support and facilitating smooth operations within the finance department. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, as well as communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders to address financial inquiries and ensure clarity in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including but not limited to, preparing expense reports and financials schedules.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the finance team and other departments, external vendors, and clients to address financial inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication within the finance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research and gather data as requested by the finance team to support financial analysis and decision-making processes.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments and billing inquiries.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance team leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related.
- Proven experience an as administrative assistant or similar role, with a strong understanding of finance principles and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate financial concepts and inquiries effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Prior experience in a finance or accounting setting is a plus.
