Recruiter Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills – excellent diction and strong grasp of the English language. Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally.
- Strong customer service skills. Must have a “how can I help” mentality.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
Recruiter Responsibilities
- Source candidates through a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings
- Managing the entire candidate experience
- Develop and update job descriptions, position requirements, and job postings
- Perform reference checks
- Create, manage, and extend offer letters
- Manage the interview, selection, and closing processes.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Experience with recruiting software, ATS, HRIS, or HRMS.
- Hands-on experience in various types of interviews and selection processes.
- Continually manage approximately 20 job requisitions.
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.
- Subject to a background screening process
