Key Responsibilities
- Source healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, therapists, etc.) through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
- Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring facilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Meet placement goals and contribute to team success.
