Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training curriculum with input from the field
- Conduct biweekly and monthly check-ins with managers and employees to monitor training progress and address any issues
- Ensure all training programs are completed on time and meet the company's standards
- Utilize technical skills to create and manage online training modules and resources
- Collaborate with field managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and employee progress
- Stay updated with the latest training techniques and technologies to continuously improve training programs
- Handle orientation sessions, including training for salary new hires.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Project Managment, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in training and development
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with computer software and online training platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and continuously meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening programs
- Subject to background screening process
