RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operating heavy equipment
- Leading and training team members
- Handling field paperwork in a concise, prompt, and neat manner
- Planning and maintaining job schedules
- Identifying and solving problems with support from management as needed
- Other job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of grading experience
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and have a clean driving record
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Safety certification preferred; first-aid training a plus
- Excellent time management skills
LOCATION
Various jobsites within an approximate 60-mile radius of our Valencia, CA corporate office
