Our mission is to connect innovative companies with the right investors, and we are looking for driven and experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our high-performance team.
Position Overview:
As an SDR at CÌAAN, you will play a critical role in our sales process by generating qualified leads and booking a minimum of 5 calls per day. Your daily activities will include making 100-200 cold calls, leveraging LinkedIn for outreach, and utilizing automated cold email campaigns to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100-200 cold calls per day to prospective clients
- Book a minimum of 5 qualified calls per day
- Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach
- Execute automated cold email campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar SDR or sales role
- Proven track record of success in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Must be committed to cold calling as a core responsibility for the next 3 years
Compensation:
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 - $250,000 USD per year
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
