Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent to lead our Los Angeles K-14 Education Building Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-planning and conceptual phases
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Communicate project schedules to subs and vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience as a construction superintendent or field manager for a full-service commercial general contractor in California
- Past experience on ground-up student housing, affordable housing, multifamily, and/or education projects in California
- Experience working alongside the DSA (Division of the State Architect)
