The Position
This senior-level role involves overseeing the construction of a significant education development project in Compton, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subs, building relationships with stakeholders, developing project schedules, and communicating with vendors.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in construction superintendent and/or field management capacity for a full-service commercial general contractor in California
- Prior experience working on ground-up student housing, affordable housing, multifamily, and/or education facility projects in California
