We have an opening for a John Deere Precision Ag Digital Consultant for our John Deere dealership locations in Jackson, St. James, Truman and Worthington, Minnesota.

Essential Duties
- Holds events that keep customers and employees highly engaged with their data, partners and connected software companies
- Develops, tracks and provides services to customers that promote and provide data integrity, proper enterprise setup and accurate reporting
- Proactively works with all business segments and department managers to support customers and employees through digital insights and the value of technology
- Participates in ongoing training, performance groups and advisory groups to continually develop strategy, knowledge, and skill sets
- Engages with all suppliers and assigns new products to the appropriate customers and employees within C & B
- Engages in conversations with key accounts and seeks customized solutions to fit their business goals
- Audits the appropriate systems for accuracy and corrects errors
- Provides reporting and regular updates to management
- Background with Precision Ag products used in the industry including but not limited to hardware and farm management software programs
- 3-5 years Precision Ag or related experience preferred
- Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office Suites, business systems, and internet applications
- Flexibility to travel to stores when required
- Ability to problem solve by using all available resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Ag Systems Technology or related field required
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
