Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Inside Sales / Project Management Representatives are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to understand customer needs and expectations. Reps are also responsible for :
- Responding to customer order and quotation requests for multiple and varied accounts.
- Communicating and processing order requirements and requests to necessary internal team members.
- Provide product or service information to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records information regularly.
- Offer support and guidance on order processing and status.
- Maintain a positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process returns and credit inquiries.
