What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatch Scale Lead position at C&C Disposal?
C&C Disposal is a locally owned waste management and recycling company in Pueblo, Co. We have been in business for 21 years and are looking to add new members to our team. Our services to the greater Pueblo area include residential and commercial pickup, recycling pickup, roll-off, temporary cleanup cans, port-o-lets, transfer station and recycle drop off.
- Background in Dispatch- 3 Years.
- Computer skills.
- Cash handling.
- Routing.
- Assign routes/work orders
- Complete work orders.
- Inventory containers.
- Complete spreadsheets daily.
- Complete and submit reports daily.
- Support- provide coverage to scale team.
- Required to pass drug test; includes marijuana.
- Essential business: work in all weather.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assigns routes/work orders and organizes by priority, location, and driver, includes tote, port o let, roll off, commercial container and missed pick up.
· Route tote and missed pick up routes for next business day (as needed).
· Complete roll off work orders- prior to end of day.
· Complete tote, missed pick up, port o let and commercial container orders for the next business day.
· Print daily work orders and routes by 2pm daily (ready for the next business day).
· Inventory roll off and commercial containers every Wednesday.
· Complete DVIR truck issue sheet every morning. Provide copies to GM and HR.
· Purchase Order (PO)- assign PO #’s to shop and management, update numbers in purchase order log and complete PO once invoice is received.
· Review end of day reports with scale team.
· Submit end of day to management team.
· Provide support/cover scale team as needed.
· Work with temporary agency (People Ready) placing/requesting.
Detail oriented with competent management skills in dispatch including scheduling, organizing, and routing drivers.
*** Must complete at least 2 months of internal customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
