Job Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing :
Assist the Call Center by answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls to fill the Call Board in a polite, friendly mannerAnswer and schedule all inbound sales calls and assist the Sales Department with general needs and inquiresAssist with the fulfillment of Permit Coordinator responsibilities, particularly when Permit Coordinator is unavailableUpdate the Project Managers Sales Plan file daily and use to determine batting order for all Sales CallsDispatch sales calls to Project Managers and collaborate with Dispatch to ensure the Turnover Triangle is consistently utilizedWork closely with the Installation Manager and installers to ensure jobs are completed on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goalsCollaborate with Sales Department and the Dispatcher to schedule equipment installations and to recruit the Service Department to assist with the installation of equipment when neededContact customers to confirm appointments the business day prior to installations and make outgoing follow up callsConfirm that the Purchasing Department has ordered all equipment and materials for each jobArrange staffing to ensure qualified installers are assigned to the appropriate job and reassign when necessary due to job cancellations, call-ins, no-shows, etc.Complete morning and afternoon check-ins with all installers every weekday and inform all installers the afternoon before and / or morning of staffing needsRegister all equipment for extended warranty purposes with manufacturer & enter equipment information into ServiceTitanComplete accurate and timely paperworkParticipate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job trainingAny other duties as assigned by Operations ManagerWhat We Are Looking For :
