Duties

- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and improve processes.
- Lead program management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR department to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs that support employee development.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance.
- Special projects not related to HR as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and best practices in HR compliance.
- Excellent data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform decision-making.
- Experience in talent acquisition and contract management is a plus.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to lead projects effectively.
