C&C Realty Management is seeking an individual to join our team of Property Managers.
Duties include : leasing & showing apartments, marketing & community outreach, networking & tenant relations, assisting with collecting rent receivables, working with the occupancy department to obtain tenant completion of any applicable state housing program forms and documents, conducting management inspections of interior and exterior of the property, working with maintenance team, and working with a computerized property management database.
Requirements : An individual that likes to be on the go, and possesses superior multi-tasking skills. These skills are essential, as you will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties in our portfolio. Must have reliable transportation as you will be required to plan, schedule and travel to various properties within a 40-50 mile radius.
Direct Housing and Property Management experience is helpful, but not required. This position can also be entry level for the right candidate as we have a strong team that is willing and able to train the right individual.
