Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week (Monday -Friday) 8 am -5 pm and Saturday 8 am - Noon

Job Summary
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and caring to our valued customers.
- Use computer software to input a customer’s information completely and correctly to meet compliance requirements.
- Provide factual and concise guidance and directions to efficiently direct traffic flow within the facility to keep our valued customers safe and informed.
- Help maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness.
- Follow all our safety procedures, policies, and appearance expectations.
- Go above and beyond for our beloved customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Communicate with customers via in person, phone, email, or chat, to assist with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the database to ensure we meet compliance requirements.
- Safely navigate customers within the facility.
- Assist with managing traffic flow within the facility with the help of your supervisor.
- Work with management to de-escalate any conflicts within the yard.
- Work with management to reduce cycling time for customers.
Skills
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry to maintain accurate customer records.
