Join us! We have an opportunity for a full-time Commercial Construction Project Manager working out of our Concord, MA office. Ideal candidate has 8 years of commercial construction experience.

Reporting to the Project Executive, the Project Manager performs a key role in the execution of project planning, budgeting and identification of resources needed for each project. Must be experienced reviewing and writing contracts and buying out the project(s).

For more than 30 years, we’ve provided construction management services to carry out collaborative visions for educational, senior living, hospitality, healthcare and commercials markets in the New England area.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

Reporting to the Project Executive, you will:

· Directly responsible for overall project management delivery

· Develop project budgets including and have a firm knowledge of construction cost/benefit analysis and value engineering

· Oversee and manage the entire construction delivery process, from contract award to final project billing and execution of the warranty work

· Maintain consistent documentation and communication to all stakeholders to ensure the project progresses through each phase on time and on budget

· Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships and manage conflict resolution

· Provide appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met

· Assist in training and developing team members in the operational skills and understanding client procedures and practices expected for a successful project implementation

· Attend client meetings and presentations, traveling to job sites as needed

· Attend industry events; maintain a presence in industry organizations and other external outlets

Who You Are:

Our ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate:

8 years’ direct project management experience in commercial construction projects.

· BS degree in construction management or related field OR 8 years of related experience in a commercial construction environment

· Experience leading and running large development projects and numerous projects simultaneously

· Ability to successfully manage several medium and large ground-up development projects, and interiors projects

· Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients

· Excellent leadership, management, and verbal and written communication that demonstrates a sense of urgency and do-whatever-it-takes attitude

· Strong mathematical skills and conceptual aptitude, with an excellent ability to focus and maintain a strong work ethic

· A strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to commercial construction

· Ability to create master detail schedules, experience with Oracle (OPC) scheduling software preferred

· Intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite and Procore

· Knowledge and experience with construction cost accounting methodology

· OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
