Key Responsibilities
Administrative, Data and Reporting:
- Candidate, intern, employee and data management.
- Support the department and leadership team in compiling reports related to the employee experience, engagement and culture initiatives to help to inform strategic decision-making.
- Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed about cultural initiatives, events, and community involvement.
- Gather feedback from employees on culture and community initiatives to improve programs and engagement efforts.
- Greet and assist callers, visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's culture.
Recruiting and Onboarding
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees/interns, ensuring a smooth transition into the company experience.
- Apply knowledge of multiple recruiting sources, implement innovative recruiting strategies and foster a collaborative environment to assist departments in the hiring of industry-leading candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers on specific staffing strategies for volume hiring, hard-to-fill positions, and agency resources.
Culture and Community Engagement
- Champion Guernsey's values and act as an advocate and ambassador for the company culture and employee experience to actively contribute to building a positive work environment.
- Represent and promote the company's brand through internal events, ensuring that all initiatives reflect the company's values.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and a sense of belonging.
- Plan, organize, and execute internal C&C events and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure events align with company values and goals.
- Track and report on event effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvements for future events.
Education
Preferred- Some college or better
