C.H. Robinson is currently seeking a Director of Global Pricing for their Global Forwarding division. In this role you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative pricing strategies and systems for Global Forwarding products and services, in collaboration with all regions and product lines worldwide. You will champion, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing pricing outcomes, providing direct oversight of corporate pricing functions and a combination of direct and indirect management of regional pricing functions. Success in this role will be measured by achieving divisional volume growth, margin improvement, and cost-to-price targets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the performance and strategic direction of the corporate pricing team, ensuring effective execution of pricing strategies
- Oversee and guide the performance and strategic direction of regional pricing teams globally, in collaboration with regional directors and product leadership
- Develop, negotiate, and implement processes and service level agreements with the branch network, ensuring they meet commercial pricing needs and comply with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with global teams to set priorities, allocate resources, and define success criteria for pricing initiatives, including technology/tool development and pricing analytics projects
- Partner cross-functionally with account management, operations, sales, and senior leadership as part of the global operations leadership team to drive network initiatives and build strong relationships
- Maintain and manage relationships with pricing software vendors to ensure optimal performance and integration
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to establish a pipeline, recruit, select, and onboard qualified and diverse talent
- Manage annual merit and equity programs for assigned team to align compensation with performance results
- Align team’s passion with their potential and commit to consistently providing feedback, development opportunities and recognition
- Manage and drive budget requirements by ensuring business goals are met with greatest efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 8 years of Global Forwarding Operations, Sales and/or pricing experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading and managing teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% travel (domestically and internationally)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication and multi-tasking skills, including excellent project and meeting management
- Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Strong strategic planning, problem solving/critical thinking skills, and ability to execute plan
- Demonstrated experience thriving in a fast-paced, decentralized, matrixed, global environment
- Employs a continuous improvement approach to their work
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including executives

Compensation Range
$125,600.00 - $287,300.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
