C.H. Robinson is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. This role is based in Eden Prairie, MN, with the expectation to come into the office as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Support the administration of Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and equity
Create, update, and maintain HR Service Center knowledge base (Charlie) articles for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring alignment with policies and employee needs
Respond to HR Service Center tickets related to total rewards inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and timely information
Partner with HR and business leaders to address total rewards-related inquiries
Conduct regular audits of benefits, retirement plans (401(k)), compensation, and equity programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
Analyze internal total rewards metrics and market data, identify trends or gaps, and provide leadership with actionable insights to ensure competitive and equitable offerings
Assist with equity planning, communications, stock options, grants administration, and the dividend process while auditing post-term vesting for accuracy and compliance
Conduct benefits administration, including enrollments (open enrollment), renewals, and vendor management, and assist with the global benefits review
Analyze and support minimum wage compliance across various locations, identifying risks and recommending necessary adjustments
Assist in maintaining and enhancing the career framework by supporting job profile development, job evaluations, and market benchmarking to ensure alignment with business needs and compensation strategies
Assist the Compensation team in submitting data for annual salary surveys for identified vendors as needed
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance total rewards processes, leveraging technology and best practices
Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned based on team and country-specific requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and/or equity administration
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HRIS and compensation/benefits software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Pay Factors, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
Strong planning and project management skills
Understanding of compensation structures, benefits regulations, and equity program administration
Ability to influence change and drive positive results in a large, dispersed organization
