Initiating a search for a CHIEF ESTIMATOR (Commercial Construction Industry) for a well-established and growing business. Position will lead / manage / develop a mid-sized team of experienced estimators, have responsibility for leading all aspects of the estimating process (intake / contact with clients regarding scope / scheduling / specific project requirements, review / create / submit estimates with detailed proposals, follow-up & scope questions to complete the sale, site visits / pre-bid meetings / specifications review, back-end review / analysis of estimate-to-actual, etc.) and play a critical role in helping to further profitably scale / grow this business.
