Harper Auto Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Collision Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Body Shop.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automotive body repair, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and exhibit a strong commitment to delivering excellence.
This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual who excels in managing multiple projects and leading a team of skilled automotive body shop employees.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all body shop operations, including workflow management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Ensure all repair work meets the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of technicians and support staff to maximize performance.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters to streamline the repair process.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance shop efficiency and profitability.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Prepare and manage the body shop budget, including financial forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
