In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers and support the daily operations of our Collision Center. Your responsibilities will include clerical tasks, cash handling, scheduling, phone interactions, follow-up calls, and ensuring seamless customer service. What You'll Do:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide updates on repair status, ensuring a positive experience.

Scheduling: Coordinate repair appointments and follow up on scheduled services to maintain an efficient workflow.

Clerical Work: Manage paperwork, invoices, and documentation related to repairs and insurance claims.

Cash Handling: Process payments, manage receipts, and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Phone Interactions & Follow-Ups: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customers with timely updates and addressing concerns.

Data Entry: Accurately input customer and repair information into our system to support seamless operations.

Support Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, estimators, and insurance representatives to facilitate smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Clerical Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office role, preferably in an automotive or collision center setting.

Cash Handling Skills: Experience managing payments and financial transactions with accuracy.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in all tasks.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with automotive software is a plus.
