Foreman/Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Foreman to oversee and execute construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management , snow removal and or laboring with expertise in supervising teams while also laboring or operating equipment and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires proficiency in construction management, bidding, profit margins, equipment operating,and moving equipment if needed, as well as the ability to read blueprints and manage budgets effectively. A CDL is a plus. Family owned and Operated. Growing buisness with 2.5 milion per season

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation, scheduling, and communication.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes effectively.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed on-site.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software (ProCore, Bluebeam) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards within the construction industry.
• Excellent budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail in financial management.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.11 - $34.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
