C & J Equipment Manufacturing is now hiring for an HR Manager in Bloomfield.
The HR Manager helps coordinate the day-to day operations of Human Resources; to include recruiting, new hire orientation, conflict resolution, performance improvement, monthly newsletter and special projects as assigned by the HR Director.
This position will also be responsible for some front office functions including; greeting visitors in person and on the phone, directing visitors and calls, computer and equipment maintenance, and other basic office functions as needed in the absence of office staff.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Thorough knowledge of customer service and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- General knowledge of compliance with labor laws, ADA, Unemployment, FMLA, OSHA, and personnel record management
- Well organized and able to work independently
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 plus years of general HR experience
- Specialized training in Human Resource functions preferred
Pay is dependent upon experience.
