We are looking for a reliable and organized Parts Department Associate to join our team at C&L Autobody in Sussex, NJ, US. This is a full-time position that pays a competitive salary of $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Parts Department Associate will be responsible for receiving, distributing, and reordering automotive parts and related materials to meet the company’s needs. This position requires a broad knowledge of automotive parts and materials, customer service, and inventory management. The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting. Prior body shop and CCC experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Physically receive parts deliveries
- Communicate with parts vendors and estimators
- Utilize our management system (CCC) to reconcile invoices, returns, and credits
- Maintain a neat and organized parts department
- Multi-task, follow instructions, and pay attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Full time availability (M-F 8-5)
- Willingness to work as a team and follow directions but must also be self-motivated
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Experience preferred but will train
